Formação baseada na culinária francesa, passou por restaurantes renomados como: Dom, de Alex Atala; Eau, com o chef Pascal Valero; Taillevent, restaurante três estrelas Michelin, localizado em Paris, e Fasano Al Mare, com Lucca Gozzani.

OUR CHEF, PEDRO SIQUEIRA, IS A HOME-STYLE COOKING ENTHUSIAST, WITH DISHES THAT RECALL THE PLEASANT MEMORIES THAT MAKE TRUE GASTRONOMY WHAT IT IS.  HE IS FROM SÃO PAULO BUT HIS FAMILY IS GAÚCHA (FROM THE STATE OF RIO GRANDE DO SUL). IT WAS THE CHEF ERICK JACQUIN WHO INTRODUCED HIM TO THE MARVELOUS CITY OF RIO DE JANEIRO AND HE HAS NEVER LEFT.
